The type of transport to the destination used will either be a Minibus or Car, and will be at the sole

discretion of Staffs Travel Services depending on the number passengers.

Prices on the website are only to be used as a guide and may differ depending the postcode of the collection address.

 

A Collection time will be agreed when booking - should either you or STAFFS TRAVEL require changing the time of collection for any reason it must be done 48 hours before collection.

 

Customers will be picked up from the address given when the booking is made (unless requested otherwise) or the nearest safe convenient place depending on the vehicle used. The driver will arrive 5 MINUTES before the collection time. Additional collections will only be made if prior notice given, no later than 48 hours before collection. (Alteration may incur a further charge).

 

If the driver arrives and there is no response he will attempt to call the number provided. Should there still be no response the driver will wait a maximum of 15 MINUTES before they will move away, prior to this the driver will post a note through the door to inform the customer of thier arrival and waiting time, further to this STAFFS TRAVEL will not be held responsible for any missed flights, appointments, meetings etc.

 

Luggage is restricted to 1 suitcase & 1 piece of hand luggage per person. As children account for a full seat they are entitled to the same allowance. Additional luggage and items will NOT be taken without prior notice and a surcharge may be incurred. We reserve the right to refuse to carry excess baggage that has not been notified to us prior to travel.

 

Only the number of passengers indicated on the schedule will be permitted to travel so please ensure all details on the confirmation are correct prior to travel. (Alterations are permitted no later than 48 hours prior to journey depending on availability).

 

It is our aim to ensure all passengers arrive two hours preceding their check in time. If for any reason there may be a delay we will inform you immediately.

 

If a breakdown occurs and cannot be rectified immediately prior to or during the journey another vehicle will be sent to immediately complete the journey at no extra cost to you.

 

If we have collected you within the agreed times and circumstances prevail which are beyond our control we cannot be held responsible for any losses and / or cost incurred as a result of a missed flight. You may be able to claim this back on your holiday / travel insurance depending on your level of cover.

 

Eating, drinking (excluding water) or smoking is prohibited in the vehicle at all times. Any open bottles of alcohol must be sealed and stored away for the duration of the journey.

 

Your return journey will be monitored on the information you have provided to us, if there is any alteration to this we must be notified immediately.

 

We arrive at the airport to collect for the return journey passengers at the time the flight lands, however in case of any unforeseen problems we aim to be within 30 minutes of the flight arrival back into the UK, extreme circumstances during busy periods may mean a little longer wait may be experienced but certainly try to be avoided.

 

Should you need to cancel your booking, this must be done within 14 days notice prior to travel date to ensure no charges are incurred. If the cancellation is made less than 7 days notice then the total cost of the travel will be payable, depending on the circumstance of the cancellation.
